1)The style of the 'artwork' is inspired by the cover of "More" (because that is what we want of them; we want more!). "More" was a Floyd soundtrack for the movie.
2) The text is written in the "The Wall" style, used in the movie.
3) the 'artwork' is inspired by the title of the contest i.e. "High Hopes". Pictures were based upon shots from the high hopes vid. The five carying the bells, symbolizing the 5 persons who contributed to Pink Floyd and the four with the shoe (symbolizing that there was always a maximum of 4 people playing together in Pink Floyd). The people were made unrecognizable, to symbolize that it's not the people that are important, but what they are producing/carrying -> music. The two rows of people are moving in different directions, because that's what they are/were doing, changing directions and exploring new ways of making good music. The reason that I made it moving, is that Pink Floyd and its [sic] are continuously changing and that it also changes people (or at least that what it did to me!)
The prism like horizon is a reference to Dark Side, supported by the Dark background. This 'prism' consists of three colors, standing for the three lights that still shine, D. Gilmour, N. Mason, R. Wright.
In the .avi, the text is supported by the ringing of the bells from High Hopes.
