Thank you for making the music that made me smile,
when nothing else in this world really seemed
worthwhile..
You helped me tear down my wall, and bang my heart
against others'
And helped me see things I would've never
discovered.

You took me on a trip, a trip to the Dark Side,
And helped me to see what I really feel inside.
You've always got a song that can fit how I feel
Is it musical telepathy?, Wot's...uh the deal?

You've taken me on adventures just by closing my
eyes,
Floating down rivers or drifting through skies.
You've taken me to places, no need to wish I was
there...
With echoes that make me forget all my cares.

When I've been low, you've always helped me
Shine On,
And for those not-so-fresh days, there's always
Funky Dung.
Sometimes good for a laugh, and sometimes really
a cry,
And for all those times I feel life ticking by.

What's the secret behind this mystery?
Maybe it's because they're people just like
you and me.
The magic will always linger,
As long as our Pulses beat on...
